Why did you join IPS
IPS found Richard his first role following graduation. He was impressed with the professionalism and people he’d met so when looking for his next role they were the first recruitment firm he contacted – little did he know they would offer him an opportunity to join them and 20 years later he’d be a Divisional Director for finance in Leeds.
What are your interests outside of work
He likes to travel to a new country each year. He follows Huddersfield Town and he keeps trying to become a ‘single figure’ golfer.
