Senior Accountant

Salary:
£32000 - £40000 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a growing firm of Accountants based in Batley.

This small firm are home to a few long-standing members of staff, creating a close-knit feel amongst colleagues. Now looking to grow their team to enable the firm to progress, they are keen to add new staff to their team!

About the role:

Opportunity to manage your own small portfolio of clients.
Preparation and review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for a range of clients.
Preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns.
Complete and review VAT returns.
Form long-term relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure the long-term success of the firm.

About you:

Have at least 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role in an Accountancy Practice.
Can be either AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
Feel confident liaising with clients and colleagues to assist in the growth of the firm.

Salary from £32,000p/a to £40,000p/a.
