Senior Accountant

Salary:
£35000 - £40000 per annum

Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a large, multi-site, top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, in their office near Pudsey.

This firm offers a range of services to their clients, enabling you to become a trusted business advisor to your own contacts. This young and dynamic firm are keen for someone to join their team with the view to progressing within the firm and making a long-term commitment.

About the role:

Preparation and review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts for a range of clients.
Preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns.
Complete and review VAT returns.
Work with junior members of the team to assist in their training and development.
Form long-term relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure the long-term success of the firm.
Opportunity to manage and develop your own portfolio of clients in time.

About you:

Have at least 5+ years’ Practice experience in a relevant role.
Can be either AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
Experience attending client meetings both in the office and on client premises is essential.
Feel confident liaising with clients and colleagues to assist in the growth of the firm.
