Senior Accountant

Salary:
£35000 - £40000 per annum

Horsforth, West Yorkshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join a growing, modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Horsforth, Leeds.

About the firm:
Well-established, this firm offer a variety of services from Audit, Accounts, Tax and Outsourcing to assist their clients with many aspects of their accounting needs. This small firm are keen to expand their existing team with an experienced Accounts Senior, who would feel comfortable commanding their own portfolio of clients.

About the role:
* Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns.
* Preparation of management accounts to be sent to clients.
* Preparation of Personal and Corporate Tax returns.
* Liaise with clients when necessary and build strong professional relationships to ensure the longevity and success of the firm.

About the candidate:
* 3+ years’ Practice experience
* Preferably AAT, ACA, ACCA qualified but part-qualified candidates or candidates qualified by experience will be considered.
* Feel confident working with your own portfolio of clients.

Additional information:
* Flexible working times.
* Remote working with some monthly office contact.
* Must be able to easily access the office in Horsforth, Leeds.
* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays.
* Salary from £35,000p/a to £40,000p/a.
