Finance Manager
Reporting to the Head of Finance and CFO, you’ll run the day-to-day finance function while driving improvements, automation, and scalability in a fast-growing busienss which is set to reach £150m t/o this financial year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of management and assistant accountants
- Own month-end close, management accounts, and group reporting
- Produce cash flow forecasts and manage working capital
- Improve transactional finance processes and drive automation
- Work closely with senior leadership, providing challenge and insight
- Own and develop finance systems, supporting future system changes
About You
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Management Accountant
- Strong people manager with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Comfortable operating in a growing, changeable environment
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Systems-focused, with experience improving finance processes
