Management Accountant

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven Management Accountant ready to collaborate with teams across the business, influence decision-making, and help shape financial strategies for major projects. What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with department heads and budget holders to review and track key project costs, offering valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Delivering timely, accurate financial analysis and reports that help shape performance improvement.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, leading on quarterly forecasting and supporting annual budgeting processes.
- Monitoring major project costs, flagging risks and opportunities, and challenging overspends where needed.
- Producing clear and credible CAPEX and OPEX breakdowns to support audits and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborating with external auditors by delivering accurate, well-prepared financial data.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, helping to develop future finance talent.
- Supporting the Finance leadership team with high-impact projects and initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- A recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into insight.
- Confidence in partnering with stakeholders and influencing change.
- An understanding of financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and project cost tracking (CAPEX/OPEX).
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
