Corporate Tax Manager
An accountancy age listed firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a corporate tax senior or manager to support tax compliance on a broad range of matters.
You will be a key technical point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Review corporate tax compliance work prepared by the tax team.
- Provide technical guidance and support on corporate tax matters.
- Assist with the delivery of corporate tax advisory projects.
- Advise clients on group structures, reorganisations and tax planning opportunities.
- Attend client meetings alongside senior tax colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a varied portfolio.
- Support the management and development of junior team members.
- Work closely with partners and senior managers on complex tax assignments.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s corporate tax service offering.
Candidate Profile
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice.
- Experience reviewing corporate tax computations and returns.
- Good technical knowledge across a range of corporate tax issues.
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with larger group structures would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience
- Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
