Finance Manager
An established and growing SME which is transitioning from Sage to Xero is seeking a Finance Manager to support the business owner and leadership team.
The role can be offered on a full time or part-time basis.
The Finance Manager will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while acting as a trusted partner to the Directors. They will lead a small finance and administration team and help translate financial data into practical, operational actions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of budgeting, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
- Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts
- Oversight of invoicing, credit control and financial compliance
- Liaison with external accountants on quarterly accounts, payroll, VAT returns and year-end submissions
- Analysis of margins, cost of goods and profitability across products, projects and services
- Ensuring a smoooth transition for Sage to Xero
