      Management Accountant

      • Salary:
        £40000 - £50000 per annum

      • Location:
        Harrogate

      This role sits within a small but capable finance team and reports directly to the Finance Director. The Management Accountant will take ownership of core management reporting while providing meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decisions across the business.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts
      • Production of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
      • Provision of financial analysis to support commercial decision-making
      • Monitoring business performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
      • Supporting board and senior management reporting with clear, timely information
      • Oversight and development of accounting processes and controls
      • Capital expenditure reporting and investment appraisals
      • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
      • Working closely with non-finance stakeholders to provide financial insight
      • Contributing to continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes

      Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
