Management Accountant

Supporting the Financial Director of a manufacturing company based to the East of Leeds we are looking for an experienced management accountant who can work as part of the finance team and contribute to the preparation of the monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts to include;

• Working with the FD on the monthly management accounts pack.
• Analysing Profit and Loss account variances.
• Reconciling Balance Sheet accounts.
• Preparing schedules for the annual audit.
• Supporting the Finance Director with Budgets and Forecasting.
• Preparing VAT returns.
• Providing analysis on stock and materials to aid decision making.

This is an excellent opportunity to work under and learn from an experienced Financial Director and the post is open to part qualified or qualified by experience accountants.
