Finance Manager

Salary:
£50000 - £60000 per annum + 10% Bonus, excellent benefits

Join one of Yorkshire’s fastest growing commercial real estate businesses in a newly created finance manager role to support the Operations Director of this new division. Supported by leading institutional investors our client is looking for a talented finance manager to take charge of the day to day finances and to build a team around them as they realise their ambitious growth plans.

Key duties include;

Month end processes including Accruals, Prepayments & Reporting
P&L Production & Investor Reporting Packs
KPI & Budget Variance Reporting
Bank Reconciliations
Intercompany Recharges
Establish and refine internal company processes
Key Contact for Auditor queries
Preparation of VAT Returns

The key requirements for the role are;

The role is open to both a first move from practice or a career move from industry
Organised with a positive and can-do working attitude
Collaborative management style to ensure department goals are achieved
Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
Minimum of 5 years experience of working within accountancy and finance
