Company Accountant
We are working with an established and well known Bradford based employer on a Company Accountant role to support the Managing Director.
This is a hands on role responsible for the day to day finances of the company and this will include;
- Timely preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets, to the Managing Director.
- Maintenance of an updated fixed asset register.
- Calculation of accruals, prepayments.
- Supervision of cash flow, conducting bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Processing weekly payroll.
- Monitoring aged creditors payments.
- Managing accounts receivable, from credit assessments to payment collections.
- Maintaining relationships with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders, coordinating annual audit procedures.
- VAT returns.
