Bookkeeper
We are looking for an organised, reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients growing finance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing day-to-day transactions and supporting the wider business with bookkeeping and finance administration.
Key Responsibilities of Bookkeeper:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Record sales and purchase invoices
- Process payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist with credit control
- Assist with VAT returns and other financial reporting
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation
- Assist with month-end procedures and reporting
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams regarding financial queries
- Ensure bookkeeping records are maintained in accordance with relevant requirements
