Assistant Management Accountant

Salary:
£28000 - £32000 per annum

Our client has experienced impressive year on year growth since inception and they are now seeking a career minded indiviudal to support through the next phase.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious AAT qualified or early stages ACCA / CIMA studier looking to establish themselves in a growing business under a qualified FD.

You will get broad exposure in an SME as well as the opportunity to be involved work around aquistions. Study support can be provided for the right individual.

Main duties:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decision-making.
Assist with audits and regulatory compliance requirements as needed.

Package:

Salary £28,000 – £32,000 + 10% bonus
