Assistant Accountant
Position – Assistant Accountant
Salary – £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
Location – Hull, free on-site parking
Job Type – Full-time, 100% office based (flexible hours)
Here at IPS Finance we are working with a firm of accountants who are based in Hull, who are on search to bring in an Assistant Accountant.
Working for this family-owned firm, some of your roles will consist of completing VAT returns, tax returns, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks. The firm is also offering full study support for the ACA or ACCA qualification to continue your studies, and there is room for progression.
Person Specification
- A background in practise (preferably 3+ years)
- Experience doing VAT and tax returns
- Experience with SAGE, XERO and QuickBooks
- PartQualified ACA or ACCA
- Accounting graduate or AAT qualified
