Accounts Senior
A well-established and reputable Chartered Accountancy Practice in Garforth is looking to appoint a proactive and experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role offering direct support to the Partners, with responsibility for preparing accounts across a varied client portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong technical ability and practice experience to take on a key position within a supportive and professional firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting with management accounts and financial reporting where required
- Supporting the Partners with ad hoc client and compliance work
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide ongoing support
- Gain exposure to personal and corporate tax returns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge and experience preparing accounts for a variety of entity types
- AAT qualified or or qualified by experience (study support can be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach
