Accounts Administrator

I’m working with a fast-growing client in the property sector, and they are seeking a talented individual to join their expanding team.
If you have at least 2 years experience working within an accounts team, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you! This is an exciting chance to contribute to a company on the rise.
Responsibilities:
- Recording incoming payments from tenants.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to tenants.
- Processing client account statements.
- Handling outbound payments to clients and contractors.
- Managing tenant bond payment administration.
- Setting up new tenants and archiving former tenant records.
- Coordinating with fee earners to ensure the efficient management of client account processes.
- Updating and maintaining the accounts database with accuracy.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations with the accounts database.
- Preparing and maintaining arrears reports.
Salary up to £28,000 DOE
