      Richard Ballard

      Richard Ballard is Finance Director and board member of IPS Group Limited. He joined IPS initially as Head of Finance in November 2017. Richard has worked for a number of SME companies in London (as a qualified Chartered Accountant) across different industries including recruitment, insurance and media. This breadth of experience in particular in recruitment and insurance was a natural fit with IPS. Richard manages the Finance team and is responsible for the Finances of the IPS group of companies. He has implemented changes in systems and processes predominantly in the Finance function but also in, integrated the CRM system (Bullhorn) with the accounts system (Xero).”
