Senior Accountant
We are working with a well-established firm of accountants who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
This is a varied role offering exposure across accounts, tax, and client management.
You will work from modern purpose built offices and deal with a varied and interesting client base from local owner managed businesses to household name celebrities.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of annual accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Preparation of corporation tax computations and self-assessment tax returns
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Reviewing and finalising year-end accounts and business tax computations
- Supporting clients with ad hoc queries as required
About you
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accountancy practice
- Confident in the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Excel
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
- Professional and confidential approach when dealing with clients
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
