Sales Estimator

Job Title – Sales Estimator
Job Type – Full-time, permanent, office based
Salary – £28,000-£35,000

IPS Finance are working alongside a manufacturing business based in Horsforth who are recruiting for an experience Sales Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate costs for materials, labour and services
• Input cost data into company database (Excel)
• Notice and query differences between estimated and actual costs
• Review and process all Requests for Quotes (RFQ)
• Communicate directly with the external and internal sales teams on any issues or questions regarding the RFQ’s
• Produce CAD drawings where required
• Ensure all Drawings are stored & filed as per company policy.
• Update the companies CRM system with information and pricing.
• Any other duties as assigned

Personal Profile

• Must be computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
• CAD or similar experience desirable
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Previous experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
