Corporate Tax Manager

£65000 - £75000 per annum

We are working closely with a modern and well-respected firm of Chartered Accountants, assisting with their search for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their team in Wakefield.
This firm is a fantastic success story, having grown significantly since inception to now offering their clients a range of services including Audit, Tax, Accountancy and Outsourcing. This firm has a wide range of individuals working for them and they are now keen to expand their existing team.

About the role:

Managing tax planning projects such as complex corporate restructuring, creation of groups and corporate finance tax due diligence.
Preparing and reviewing complex tax computations relating to large companies, groups and those requiring audit (up to £100m).
Dealing with QIPs calculations and group tax relief.

Managing client relationships, including fee negotiation.
Liaise with HMRC and third parties.

About the candidate:

Ability to maintain client relationships and explain complex tax planning/transactions to them in a clear and succinct way.
Comprehensive technical knowledge in a range of areas within Corporate Tax.
Previous experience of advisory and planning work for corporate entities would be desirable.
Must be able to drive with access to own vehicle to facilitate onside working and client meetings.
CTA or ATT qualified with relevant Practice experience.
