Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior
An exciting opportunity for an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior to join a growing, well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Wakefield.
This prominent firm are keen to expand their existing team to enable them to continue providing exceptional service to their clients. This firm offers a range of services to help clients with many aspects of their accounting needs, from Accounts, Audit, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Tax services.
As an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of accounts and tax computations for companies, sole traders and partnerships.
- Preparation of VAT returns and assisting clients with their tax compliance.
- Plan, carry out and complete audit fieldwork.
- Working within a team and reporting to managers when appropriate.
To qualify for this Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior role, ideally you should meet the following:
- You don’t need to be qualified, but studying towards ACA / ACCA would be preferred.
- 3-4+ years’ experience in either an audit focussed role or an audit and account’s role.
- Working knowledge of Iris Software preferable, but not essential.
