Senior Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Supervisor to join our client based on Throp Arch Estate in Wetherby, this role will offer hybrid working with 2 days work from home per week.

As Senior Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of an effective payroll and benefits service to all colleagues. You will need strong knowledge of UK payroll and auto-enrolment pension regulations, excellent organization skills, and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing all employee benefits, including company cars/BUPA/fuel cards.

Essential skills for this role include people management experience, at least 5 years’ experience in the processing of a complete payroll, and knowledge of UK payroll legal legislation. You must have a good working knowledge of Sage and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications, particularly in Excel. A CIPP qualification would also be a great benefit.
